About Sifu
　Sifu Jason Gau (Gaudette) started learning Martial Arts at the age of 8 in Tae Kwon Do. After a few years he found a Chinese Gung Fu style. He began to learn Wing Tsun from one of Leung Tings branch schools. This gave him the direction he had been searching for.
In his High school days, he met a Vietnamese master Named Sifu Nugyen from the Yuen Chai branch and began studying and sharing knowledge with Sifu Nugyen. Then in the 90’s started learning Northern Praying Mantis and Hung Gar.
In 2003, Sifu Gaudette moved to Japan and learned Some Japanese swordplay and continued refining the 2 Wing Chun branches and the Hung Gar he had been taught. After realizing the similarities in Wing Chun and Hung Gar he started blending them together and began teaching the concept in Japan on the weekends at a club.
In 2014, Sifu Gaudette moved back to Florida and decided to formally start his own branch calling it Gau Family Gung Fu(Kung Fu).
He hopes to continue furthering his research and to teach all those who are willing to learn. To help make Chinese Martial arts grow.
